All you need to do is find two or more people you want in your class, select one of the classes below, find a date and time you want, fill out this form and if that date and time is available you have just set your own schedule. Description: 'Short Notice Classes' are unique 'one-shot special event' classes for CE hours. These opportunities are available at random times and subjects. Working with Migraine Clients
Description: This class is designed to enable therapists to work knowledgeably with the symptoms, possible causes and specific techniques necessary to work with migraine sufferers (craniosomatalgia). Suggested prerequisites for taking this class are: Neuromuscular Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques, Acupressure and Craniosacral Therapy.This is a 1-day, 6-hour class.
Materials needed for class: Massage table, sheets and oil.
Also required: Sieg & Adams: Illustrated Essentials of Musculoskeletal Anatomy.

No More Pain (Protect Yourself)
Description: This class puts the accent on the physical well-being of the therapist: how to apply deep pressure safely, proper body stance at the table or chair, and longevity of strength. You will receive detailed demonstrations and hands-on sessions to fully understand the body mechanics involved in maintaining good physical health as a massage therapist.This is a 1-day, 6-hour class.

Untying the Upper Body
Description: Designed as the first of a two part series, this class enables therapists to work knowledgeably with specific common physical problems. It covers in detail the symptoms and techniques necessary to work with conditions such as headaches and range of motion (ROM) limitations in the upper body joints. Some of the pathology conditions covered are: carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS), temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and ROM of the head, neck, shoulders and chest.This is a 1-day, 6-hour class.

Untying the Lower Body
Description: Designed as the second of a two part series, this class enables therapists to work knowledgeably with specific common physical problems. It covers in detail the symptoms and techniques necessary to work with conditions such as lower back pain and range of motion (ROM) limitations of the lower body. Some of the pathology conditions covered are: pelvic tilt, lower back pain and ROM in the lower back, hip, knees, ankles and feet.This is a 1-day, 6-hour class.

Description: This class specializes in unique techniques for chair massage. It delves into stretches and new ways of applying pressure and accessing muscles that are difficult or were previously unattainable in a chair environment.This is a 1-day, 6-hour class.
